Hey guys, I saw this option in few forums so far

and I'm wondering, how do I do that?

 

Look at this topic for example, last post by Kingy :

 

Its like an auto answer or something like this, I don't know how to explain it really but you can see by yourself what I'm talking about.

How can I setup this kind of system in forums as well?
