So yeah i need help, when you make the browser smaller or larger with any browser such as google chrome ill leave a screenshot, but when you make the browser smaller when on weblflake browser the navigation bar doesn't really come below as on my website i have shift theme and when i make it smaller it comes below

This is related to the size of your logo. Try to down size it.
