Need help with group style

Hi,

So on a website I'm on the owner has his group style and image http://i39.tinypic.com/10eopxi.jpg

How do I do a group like that

I mean how do I make it so the group style is an image

I will guess and say in the admin panel under member groups , choose the group and change these settings

 

 

Group Title   

Group Icon Image
You will need to first upload the image you wish to have to the server via FTP or another method. Once uploaded, you can put the path or URL here.
Upload to: /public/style_extra/team_icons/{image} (replace {image} with the image name).
Can be a relative link, i.e. public/style_extra/team_icons/admin.gif ... or it can a full URL starting with 'http://'

 

Remove the title name and add the image name like in the example.  ie: public/style_extra/team_icons/admin.gif

It's says must enter group title
