How do you Edit Registration Complete Message?

How do you edit the screen that is shown after registering an account?

 

The Screen/Message that reads...

 

"Thank You For Registering *username*. An Email has been sent to *Email"

copy and paste the code your replaced

solved had to remove the %s and reformat the code

You can either edit manually by going to

ACP > look & Feel > Manage Skin Sets & Templates > Manage Templates in (skin name)

The go to

Registration Screen > showpreview

Or go to manage language. And f

Edit word pack: "core/public_register"

The string is called

Auth_text

By default it is 6th from top

Thanks but the  Registration Screen -> Show Preview didnt work, this is the error
