Driver Error

Hi dears

My site (gzchile.com) have a driver Error and need help to fix it

PD: I dont know if is relevant but when the forum crashed, the hosting provider was making a server migration

If the server migration is done, try talking to your hosting provider about the issue. They may be able to fix it.

the problem is that im not owner of the hosting account

just have access to the ftp

the page goes white and dont say anything

I read some about phpmyadmin but cant enter

I have installed Mysql in my computer but dont know what more I have to do

I Think You Can Contact Hosting Provider About My SQL Problem

Cuz I Can't Access To PhpMyAdmin

Create One PHP File And Add This Code To Your PHP Files

   phpinfo();

Save Then Upload To Your root Site

Then Direct Access To This Files

Ex.

aaa.com/check.php

Then Find mysql

And Last Question You Use Shared Hosting or VPS

dont have hosting control panel pass and user

and when i try to Contact Hosting Provider for suport they askme for the user and pass

in one config file in the ftp i find this info but dont work in any place

we are using ovh hosting im not sure if is shared or vps

Anyone 've Idea To Help Him ?

Ps. If You can Contact The Owner This Web I Think you told him/her contact to service provider only To Solved This -*-

or you can told him/her tranfer the owner Permission To You By Contact Hosting Provider and change every infomation to you

Finally if Bad methord You can't Do This

I Recommend You Should Register New Domain and Buy New Service Hosting To Create it From Begin Again
