1. You Can Backup a Site SQL & Script VIA Control Panel or Manual
2. Download IPB 3.4.6
3. Extract The Zip File
4. Go To Upload Folder
5. You Can Upload Content In This Folder To FTP By Owerwrite The Exist Files
6. Run Upgrade Script By Goto
Sitedomain.com/admin/upgrade
7. Follow Instruction Until Compleated
