Turn SSL Off without admin panel

How can i turn SSL Off without admin panel? I can't get into admin panel, as the SSL Link is forced to be used. The SSL Are pointing to a wrong index, so i cant login to my admin and disable it..

 

How can i disable the SSL Option for login, on IPB Without admin access??

Did you change your board url to the ssl version in conf_global.php?
