It is when an Admin reply's or post a topic.

 

 

 

 

NOTE; IF THIS ISNT POSSIBLE DOES SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO CHANGE THE USER INFO SECTION ( LEFT SIDE AT A POST ) HOW TO PUT AN BACKGROUND IMAGE OR CHANGE THE COLOUR?
