Shoutbox error

Having This error while accessing shoutbox

Fatal error: Call to a member function hookGlobalPlayer() on a non-object in /home/******/public_html/hooks/soundboxGlobalPlayer_6ebbb2b83dbafee2daf1707b581ac364.php on line 102

Well This thing is now solved, 

What i did was that i didn't have the default ipb skin so i installed it and now shoutbox worked

This isn't the shoutbox itself causing this error I believe it is a 3rd party application/hook.

 

Uninstall soundboxGlobalPlayer and that should fix your errors.

Just to add onto what Verified said above, you don't have to uninstall it, disabling the hook should be fine.

there was two hooks, One is soundbox player other one is soundbox panel 

I disabled the player one then the error of panel comes up then i disabled the panel one now This comes up

 So i can't use shoutbox ?

 

No you can use the shoutbox but you need to disable the hook: soundboxGlobalPlayer to not get the error.

 

Try disabling that hook and see if you still get the error. 

 

If you don't get the error then you will have to pick if you want to use the SoundBox Player or the shoutbox as they cannot both be enabled.

haha..I got the solution from a friend, and here I see the problem is solved
