IP Board theme issues

HiI have installed 3.4.5 to www.21gaming.com and all works perfectlyonly problem is, is when I upload a theme it installs fine but it does not load properlyI have also noticed that there is a master folder under folder style_images/masternever noticed this before and this is where the site seems to be pointing and have no idea whyI would appreciated any help or instructions on how to fix this.2 images on photobucket as I am unable to upload images in herethe first image.1 is what the website looks like now (www.21gaming.com)http://s530.photobucket.com/user/pahkiller/media/1_zpse25e8255.jpg.html?sort=3&o=1and the second image.2 is what its suppose to look like (www.sneakyninjas.net)http://s530.photobucket.com/user/pahkiller/media/2_zpsdd2b0efc.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0

You need to upload the image set as a .xml and apply it to the skin set which is came with.

Ok uninstalled the mentioned theme re-installed and works fine now obviously something I did wrong

Ok have another question is there a way or something I can use to change colour of a theme like the text, background etc  something similar to colouriz it?

for stuff like that you need to do it manually in the ipb_styles.css
