Setting up a forum on One.com

So I am attempting to set up a forum on one.com. Their own support is not even sure it's possible and I am noob to all of this so it's over my head at the moment. I am at a crossroads or weather to dump them for a new hosting service, or seeing if I can make this work. So I am following the tutorial at  and one.com allows one database which is already set up by default. I am including a screenshot of what I see so far, but if I can get this set up with them, it would be awesome since they are so cheap.

When they sent you a welcome email, did they include a database username and password?

Ok when I get home I will look at that then. You are talking about the ipboard correct? Just upload it with FileZilla then put in that info?
