[HELP BAD] Please Help me!! Problem Bad!

Well, I need help veryyyyy bad. well, I was making new groups, I had just started, Went onto Members > Members groups, then Created a a group called 'Founder' like 'Administraters'  Went intro restrictions and did the requirements that Founder can do anything, then I moved my self into it, Now When I moved my self into the group, it refreshed.

Now this is what it shows

System > My Control Panel (Only this, no others)

Forums > Forums (Only this, no others)

Members > Members (Only this, no others)

Look & Feel > Look & Feel (Only this, no others)

Other Apps > All My Apps

 

Now I cant do anything ;l. I moved my self back into the Admin group and its still like this :L

I would delete the new group 'Founder' and redit the restrictions but since I cant see anything, I am not able to do anything :l

PLEASEEEEEE HELP ME.

Is there a way to do something in the FTP? if yes, PLEASE HELP ME, I beg you,. PLSSSSS

So Basically, I have removed Permissions from Admins and Founders, Since there were no Smods, Ill need help now. Anyone knows how to add Permissions back?

Did you do as I told you?? If you want me to look at it then I would need a admin login and phpmyadmin login. You can pm them to me if you want  me to do it.

Using ftp edit the file conf_global.php make the admin group the group number of founder. Then using phpmyadmin edit your member record and change the member_group_id to a 4 and the mgroup_others to 6,?? changing the ?? to the group number of the founder group.

Im in the Admins thing, but Admins and the new group Founder lost Permissions, So for both of then, All I can see is 1 each thing, Admin is already '4' and Im Admin atm, since founder didnt work

But when I was doing the permissions for Founder, Founder and admin lost all the permissions, So I need a backup file to reset the thing, is there a way? ;l
