profile pic @ username in shoutbox

helow guys i just to ask all of you if how to add a profile pic in shout box instead of @ username it would be like this profile picture @ username..as is like on the shoutbox of webflake

 

Somebody told me that it default on the shoutbox but when i looking around on the shoutbox i cant find the option to enable this feature what i find is something like this @{name}..im using shoutbox 1.4.1

 

Anybody can help me please
