1. How to set that guests cant see/cant change default skin?

2. Profile custom background, users can upload their background but they can upload unlimited mb. How to limit image to 500kb?

3. Is there a option (didnt find it) or some plugin where when moderators delete post it gets deleted but i can return it back?

 

Third option is because when am adding new moderator i dont know what he gonna do, he can delete whole category/forum section and then i need to restore 7 days old database to return all posts.

1. acp skin settings edit them

Set PermissionsSelect ALL current and future groups or...	 UncheckSelect which groups have access to this skin.	 check the groups you want to have access.You may select more than one.

 

2. acp member group edit global

Background Image: Allow uploads	Yes No Max upload size in kB

 

3. When they hit delete it asks if it should be permanent  delete or trash bin. You can change the template so it only show the trash bin option..
