Multiple sql errors on Website.

My website private messenger isn't working right , when i like a topic/post it stays loading

When i make a new PM this happens for like 1 minute: 

 

 

then after its done loading for 1 minute , this happens: 

 

 

Some of my member also get this error when reporting a topic/post : 

 

 

 

 

I have tried running database checker and database index checker , no fix i am still getting the error's.

 

If someone can please help me with this problem i would appreciate it , here is the sql error log i have:

The problem is the server is taking too long to process the request.

 

error: Mysql server has gone away

I hope someone knows sql this is the error I get when I get in the sql
