style_image_url replacement variable issue :(

Guest Violet

Question

I am having a bit of a problem with IPboard's {style_image_url}. Right now, I have this installed on my computer through xampp, and I've done this tons of times before, but I broke away from IP a few years ago and just recently came back. I have no idea where to modify this replacement variable. Right now, it's directing some of the images on my board to http://i2.wp.com/localhost/forums/public/style_images/animate/profile/default_large.png instead of just localhost/forums/public/style_images/animate/profile/default_large.png. Anyone know how to fix this or can point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I know lol. I just supplied it for reference because that's where some of the images on my forum are linking to.They come up as empty boxes.

I should also include that it does it on all of the skins, including the defaults.

The only way i know of for replacement variables is to go to the Look and feel >> Manage skinsets , Click on the pencil icon and choose "manage Replacements" for each individual skin.

Alternatively if they are all linking to the same files / directory, could you just copy the missing files over to that directory?

It's prepending this

 http://i2.wp.com/
to some of the images. Not sure how to fix that unless I go in and replace all the style_image_url variables with my url. Also, just noticed on my first post that it parsed the {style image url} thing lol
