How do i make a footer like WebFlakes?

Hello, 

 

I'm looking for how to make a footer like webflakes.

 

I'm not that good with coding so hopefully it's a case of you change this to change the button text and change this url to go to the url of your choice etc...

I believe there is a tutorial! Let me link you to that.  - It doesn't have the sexy WF background, however it's not too hard to add.

 

If you want I could teach you how to add a background to it.

 

EDIT - Actually I'll just make a tutorial on the whole thing.
