[how-to] Disable Applications on Board Index

Guest Ivana

Question

Guest Ivana

I want to disable some applications from the board as its taking up way to much space for people with smaller screen's and then it makes the forum look ugly

For example Posted Image

I want to be able to remove the news feed and subscriptions and then put links for them in an app like pro menu or something, but I don't know how to remove it from he index.

Can anyone guide me?

1. Click on "Other Apps" in the ACP (do not choose the application from the drop down list.)

2. Click on "Edit Application Settings" (the little pen next to the application.)3. Click on Tab Restrictions and you will be able to hide it for everyone/hide for specific groups.I have not used "News Feed" or the "Subscriptions" app, but it should be the same.
