I install it well without error the thing when I finish installing I go to admin's cp I create a category or topic or its topic does not create any and I can not see the defauts topic that comes out, please do that to me The first time that never happened to me now that problem is happening to me if I never had a problem it is not the first time that installing the same file now gives me the problem, what solutions can they give me
