date format

Hi, upgraded to 4.6 and now the dates on all my forums look ugly "June 24, 2021 at 08:52 PM"... but it changed on its own at some point after I upgraded. I have another upgrade and it is using relative dates. I saw on the release notes for the new version that there's a way to turn off relative dates but I cannot find anything on the admin panel or any information.. I also edited the date formats on the languages but it seems to not be using relative dates at all.

Alright found relative_dates_enable on forums_core_sys_conf_settings through phpmyadmin which should be set to 1 instead of 0. Not sure if there's supposed to be something on the admin panel but I couldn't find it.
