Can not install IPS

Wanting to make a forum in localhost to test the changes before brought on my forum, a problem prevents me from continuing the installation IPS.

I am currently running Linux Mint 19 Cinnamon.

Check your Apache web server error logs and let us know what you find.

Also check file permissions and ownership as 403 means access denied.

If someone has the same worries, open the OPT folder as a super user, and then the LAMPP folder made;
properties> Permissions

Finally in access to the folder put: Creation and sppression of files.
