Forbidden Error on Video Embed

After mistakenly posting in the wrong place... here I go again.

Whenever I attempt to embed a video (eg a youtube url) I'm unable to save a post. Standard text posts and URL's work fine, but videos don't.

I get the fol error message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any advice on how to fix this would be appreciated. I understand it's likely a permissions issue on the index.php file but I've been otherwise unable to diagnose or resolve.

What permissions do you have set to that file on the server?

Thanks for the response I spent some more time digging around and while File Permissions where my initial suspicion it ended up being mod_security.

Once I had determined that I reached out to my hosting provider and had it whitelisted.

So all resolved Mod/admin please close.
