Why does my staff online sidebar show the same person multiple time?

There are actually 3 different "staff online" sidebar hooks. I will assume you are using (SOS33) Staff Members Online, as this is the latest one released. It is for 3.2.x and 3.3.x.

 

I have seen this reported before, where a staff member shows up multiple times. The developer of the hook was not able to replicate the issue, and no fix has been posted that I can find. In your profile it says you are using IPB 3.4.x, so it might be a compatibility issue.

ye i think your right i'm using [mm] staff online sidebar 1.0.0 and i think its a compatibility issue

Yeah, that one is for 3.1.x and 3.2.x, so it is likely a compatibility issue.

 

I never understood that hook anyways. It always seemed rather pointless to me.
