I need help with moving content

Hey guys, i have a problem. I need to move content from forum "Emigracijos" to sub forum "Archyvas", when i' m with administrator group i can do it, but when i try it on other group it doesn't let me. Other group is a non-restricted moderator. Any tips how to fix that other users can move from "EMIGRACIJOS" TO "ARCHYVAS"?

Do you Moderators have access too see the Archyvas forum?

Fixed this issue.

If it's okay i would like to ask another question. When someone posts an Status update, in the main page embed link don't load. Any tips?
