BIM chatbox error

when i installed BIMChat box in my Ips it showing loading messages only. its not stoping there 

Can any solve this Bug?

If your IPS version is 4.2, I believe (2.1.6) would work. It's the latest version for 4.2 that we have in the Downloads section:

After you've installed the chatbox, you have to do the following steps:

• In Forums -> Chatbox -> Setting, you must change the permissions accordingly.
• After setting the permissions, open the Block Manager on any page and add the chatbox widget.
• Type into the text input box and post anything you'd like.-

A very outdated version. Try upgrading your chatbox to this new version (3.1.1):
