We all know IPB allows admin to search for IP's and usernames. Using mods you can also search for duplicate members and ban evaders. However, as in this case, a banned member can depending on ISP restart their modem etc and get a new IP address every time. However, the IP address still shows their ISP and since its not a major one makes it easier to perhaps figure out which one is the culprit.
How can one search for members based on ISP or what the IP address may resolve to?
The region the member is from is another hint. How can one search based on geo location and keep a track of geolocation? (members are expected to type in a field upon registration their location and this should match geolocation of their IP)
