(Help) NavBar Menu Change

Hey there! I'd like to change my menu from this to this, but I've searched everywhere and I did not find anything. I don't even know how to split it in two, so yeah. If someone could help me, I'd be grateful. Thanks in advance!

Note : I'm a total newb at this kinda stuff so yeah :c.

Note2: I am using IPS 4.2.8.

If you want to change the names and choose your favorite order, in ACP> System> Menù Manager you can customize it to your liking
But if this is your case, I think your request should be made in the "Support" area and not here
But if you need further changes, I apologize if my bad English, did not make me understand your request

Hello there!

That is not what I meant! Sorry for any mashups, but that's not what I meant! See how the 2nd NavBar is split in 2, and the logo is in the middle? Yeah, that's what I can't figure out.

I tried before posting this thread going into the Menu Manager, but didn't find anything. Also looked into multiple templates / CSS's, but did not find anything. Also, is Support the right area for my issue?
