did my site crashed?

i was on my site and just about every single sunday my site is very active lots of shouts people talking, lots of replys on topics etc. so today was one of those days, and all of a sudden my site shows a database error it says driver error. i checked my hosting and the database and still there, and i also checked the config file and the database is also still there. did it crash or did someone hack?

It happens when some of the page gets overloaded and Go to Cpanel > MySqlDatabases > select the db and repair it ...

 

It will get sort out if not then free to explore ur problem

Verify that your conf_global.php file has the correct credentials for your database and that it's trying to connect to the right host.

it is was shwoing the stuff in config. but now the site is back up do you know why i had that random error and do you think it can happened again? that was just odd

you can check your log file see if theres anything there

 

theres nomally one inside the admin

 

or there will be one locate around where your config.php file and index.php is

check them

looks like it maybe a sql issue no communication but hard to say untill you see the error logs

 

theres a huge arayy  of things it could be
