Move Secondary NavBar Items to Main NavBar

Hello, 

I have recently installed the Infraskew theme. Does anyone know if it's possible to move the secondary nav items (shown in the drop down) to the main NavBar? So that they are always displayed individually (no drop down)

I can't even remember where I can choose what NavItems I want displayed... im such a noob lol

Any help is appreciated

Found it... Settings > Menu Manager.
