Broken forum when moving it

Hello guys, i was hosting my forums at blazingfast, but i had to move it to my VPS so i made DB backup and moved my forum files to my windows vps that use Xampp.. not my forum slow as hell, can't login to admin control panel, I only right account name and password and when i press Sign In it just erase the data i entered, most of images are broken as well http://prntscr.com/hr4yu1

 

can someone tell me what's wrong and how to solve it?

Since you are unable to login to ACP, download the attached file and upload it to your web root. Then access it via yoursite.com/ips4.php - check to make sure there are no errors (in red). This will also check your folder and file permissions to see if the necessary files are writable.

Thanks a lot mate +rep, I disabled https and checked admin cpanel and enabled this Use https for logins and the AdminCP? and then AdminCP > System > Support > something is not working

Could be a multitude of problems. For starters, when you move over, did you check to make sure your conf_global.php reflected your new database details, and the path is correct?
