Issues with removing sidebar blocks

Codeeco

Question

Hello there,

As mentioned in the WebFlake Discords Support Channel i'm having a weird thing with my sidebar. When I try to delete a block it returns a JS error. (I didn't know that it threw a huge JS error back untill Cookie Monster said that he thinks that it is a JS error.) Well... I am unfortunately not a developer and I can't really read JS.

We did set CloudFlare up and I know that sometimes CloudFlare is a bit picky with JavaScript. I am unfortunately unsure if CloudFlare is causing the issue. We are using IPS 4.2.5 from WebFlake and the Matter material theme. I tried to switch back to the default theme, but that didn't solve anything unfortunately.

Did anyone else have this kind of issue, if yes can you share the solution with me? I am kinda in the dark to be honest...

Try purging your cache in cloudflare or temporarily "unpass" Cloudflare's CDN from your board (make the orange cloud in DNS gray). Then clear your own browser's cache, your board's cache (Support > "Something isn't working correctly" > Next), and try again. If it still happens then it's most likely not an issue with CF and will give a more clear indication of what the issue is.

Yesterday I replaced all the .js scripts that didn't work unfortunately. I hope that CloudFlare is causing the issue. I will try to disable CloudFlare.

I have checked the DNS settings in CloudFlare and the cloud wasn't grey for our domain, which means that CloudFlare wasn't enabled at all. I have cleared the cache through the Support Toolbox, but that didn't solve the issue unfortunately.
