Background is "a bit bugged"

hey guys i tried to add a background to a edited skin but its just a little image on the left top, heres a screen : 

 

it should be the background of the "hole" site

heres my code :

change no-repeat by repeat

hm now only registred users can see the  background not logged in users cant see it

for non logged in users it looks so : ( without background )

look in your theme list if you have add the currently theme for all group
