Page Error after Installing newest update

After installing this:

It had been working for 10 minutes but now it's not 

on the web url it says: the page isn't working and that it can't handle the request it's HTTP Error 500

when trying to log onto the admincp it shows this:

We're sorry, but a temporary technical error has occurred which means we cannot display this site right now. 

mysqli::prepare(): Couldn't fetch IPS\Db

Looked in the log file and this is what i have:

Yes that was the issue i restore from the download and over time it seemed to fix without me doing anything.

Try disabling all your plugins and see if your page loads then and if it does enable the plugins one by one to see when the forum gets issues.
