HELP site won't let anyone log in

when logging into the forum you receive this error

have tried upgrading from 4.1.8.1 to 4.1.9, no success, same errors, any ideas or suggestions appreciated

found and removed a hacker placed 'timer.php' file in /applications/core/extensions/core/MemberSync

now i'm golden
