Memory Limit

Yo Guys,

 

I only had 32M as my limit so I spoke to my hosting company and they told me and showed me the PHP Info that they had upgraded my limit to 512M. But when I go to my PHP Info through my ACP it still says I only have 32M and get memory issues when trying to upload more skins ETC.

 

I had told them that my PHP Info still says 32M and they're sure that they upgraded it and provide me with this image;

 

But my PHP Information still appears like this and not like the image they provided me;

 

And if anyway was wonder, the whole reason I have been asking for a memory upgrade is because of this error when installing Carbon Blue;

Hey Ryan,

 

Weird to hear that you have this issue still, but i'm sure you'll have to work this out with your hosting company, not us .

What hosting company are you using? Talk to them again because it's an issue related to your site and their server.

 

We can't really do anything from here.

The hosting company I am using is Crazy Domains, you might not have heard of it since its an Australia Host. I am currently trying to talk to them more but they just keep saying they're sure they've upgraded it and that It shouldn't still be 32M, so hopefully it gets fixed soon by them.
