Date Time System

Hello everyone, I wanted to know ... is there a way to change the system time ips4? I make an example:
 
when the system sending a new discussion or a simple post the system writes "just now", or with the passage of time, "an hour ago, two hours ago, three hours ago, etc. .." there sending a way that marks the current time? For example, sent at xx.xx honestly would find it much more comfortable.

Apparently not, this used to be a setting in IPB3, but doesn't seem to exist in IPS4.

Gotta say though that having "x __ ago" seems easier to read for people.
