I'd like to know how to have a framework like Webflake when files are submitted on IP.Download.

Check the My Media bbcode in the bbcode toolbar.

 

But what should I change?

Go to the My Media Tab in your Editor (the one which you use to type a post).

 

 

Then click on the "Files" tab and then select a File which you want to feature in your post.

 

 

Simple as that, no edits needed as this is a default IPB feature.
