After registering, i get this mrssage

The community administrator has chosen to require validation for all email addresses. Within the next 10 minutes (usually instantly) you'll receive an email with instructions on the next step. Don't worry, it won't take long before you can post!

but i recieve no email.

Have you tried the Email Tester to see if it works, use the ACP search and look for Email Tester. Should be in the Support/Diagnostics section.

No. but everyone that registered for my forums was having this problem, I think i solved this problem (Didn't test it). But  someone has information on this it would be helpful to the guys above me.

This usually happens when the server your forums are hosted on doesn't have their SPF record setup properly which means every e-mail sent may be blocked/sent to spam. Try asking your host about the issue or start using mandril/sendgrid to send your e-mails.
