Sorry you couldn't find someone to answer the question for you in a timely fashion. To be honest - we're not IPS or the skin's official support and not everyone uses every product, so we can't guarantee you'll find your answer here.

 

However, i'm glad you took it upon yourself to resolve your issue. Fixing it yourself teaches you more than if someone provides a step by step instruction.
