Announcement through Modcp

When i go to ModCP > Announcements and try to make an announcement

but it says

"Sorry, you don't have permission for that!"

How do i fix this.

If the version of IPB you are using is 3.3.3, I found an article on the IPB website stating this:

 

 If you are receiving the error "[#10311903] Sorry, you don't have permission for that!" when trying to post an announcement please download the IP.Board package once more and re-upload it to your site.

After doing so please run the following tools in the ACP.

ACP > Look & Feel > Template Tools > Rebuild Master Skin Set Data
ACP > Look & Feel > Template Tools > Recache Skin Sets

Please submit a ticket if you require any assistance with this.
