Thanks to @Cookie Monster and @Captain America for helping me They told me to remove the IPS4.1.19 from my FTP and upload fresh one from here. and i did that already with fresh Database and Fresh IPS 4.1.19.4 as they told me and they said to me make sure that there is no thing effect on your upload like copied file and ye i found another copied file named public_html and when i removed it and i uploaded fresh IPS it fixed Really thanks both

Hello i uploaded IPS 4.19 to my FTP and i installed it etc but after every install Error 500 Appears SS: i kept Pressing Try again till this Page opened you can get my teamviwer ID and password if u want to fix it by yourself site url : www.saegmta.net
