Reactions were in the folder, however, re-uploading them via the adminCP seems to fix it. Emoticons. The folder under uploads was missing. However, after creating it and uploading the ones you provided, its all working now Thanks for your help!

Hello, Recently upgraded to 4.2.2. Noticed reactions have stopped displaying (see attached image) correctly and the default emoticons don't load. When I go to the Reactions page in settings, there are some 0Byte files uploaded. Does anyone have the original Reaction images and Emoticons so I can re-upload them? Or does anyone know a different fix? Thanks Caleeco

Haha! Fair point, I know a bit of HTML but will need to do some more learning to start customising a new website. Lots of coffee and a few weekends should set me on my way! Thanks for your advice

Aha... I thought that may be the case. I wanted to avoid the HTML route as it's not something I have experience with or a great deal of free time to learn. I'll check out PAGES, but I fear it won't do what I need. I don't want a blog style site as it wont function as I intend but I'll play around with it and see what I can make work. Hello, I run a Forum which helps people troubleshoot Excel/VBA problems by posting questions, and I use the awesome IPS4.1 to do this. However, I'm looking to have my main page be a resource for people who want to learn how to program in VBA. I want a wesbite that: I can post tutorials with pictures, text, hyperlinks to other pages and places on the same page Has a intelligent navigation bar (almost like the contents page of a book) displayed at all times so people can see what tutorials/topics are available.. Be highly SEO friendly Clean looking (wont have chatboxes, discord etc) Something like this : https://excelmacromastery.com/vba-dictionary/ But a bit slicker looking and easier to navigate. What is the best web software to use? I had a look at Wordpress but couldn't find any suitable templates. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Caleeco

Hello, I have noticed my forum receiving a lot of Attempted spam registrations, predominantly from Russian IPs. Is there a way to block signup from certain email addresses? ie those ending in .ru? I have added registration confirmation, to prevent them posting. But would prefer if they couldnt sign up in the first place. Is there anything I can do? Many Thanks Caleeco D'oh! Forgot to search the ANSWERED section of this forum for idea before posting. I see that IPS has some Ban Settings... to which I can add Ban filters. So adding the banfilter: *.ru Should ban all russian email signups? Thanks Caleeco

Homepage Meta is yet to change, but I assume Google will pick it up sooner or later. Apologies for the delayed replies gents. Today was my final day at my current employment... had a busy last week! When i check the SOURCE of the page, I do see the META i entered: <meta name="description" content="A free Excel &amp; VBA Help Forum. Troubleshoot VBA problems, Learn how to create macros and Automate Excel Tasks!"> No Updates on google, however, I think Google has a problem crawling my website. Add Website Description MetaTag Hello, Does anyone know how to add a MetaTag Description? One that will appear under the Website link on Google when searched. I tried adding a MetaTag using the live editor, under the "description" drop down but this has had no effect. @Cookie Monster Thanks for the suggestion. I will install that Application to try and resolve that issue. I'm assuming Full HTTPS is the best way to go, rather than on login page only for example? Also, Do you know if I will need to delete and repost existing images already on the forums? Thanks for your help Caleeco

@Cookie Monster Thanks for the reply. my website is www.excelwtf.com I think I solved it (see post #2 above), I changed the default base link to be HTTPS instead of HTTP using the Global_Config.php file. I dont know if this is good practice or not? If you have any advice, I'm certainly all ears! Thanks Caleeco

Google is king it would seem. I found out I have to also change my conf_global.php file stored on my webhost. The change required was to change the "Base_Url" from http://www.mydomain.com to https://www.mydomain.com Website is now showing as secure in different browsers. If anyone else could confirm the padlock appears for them it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Caleeco

Wesbite Not Secure following SSL Installation Hello, I have recently installed a SSL certificate by using a private key, CRT and CABundle generated by https://www.sslforfree.com I installed using CPanel, and received the "Successfully Installed Message". However, when visiting my website: ExcelWTF .com (No Spaces) The icon in the browser suggests the website is still not secure? Do I need to add the SSL certificate details to IPS also?
