    They should be enabled by default, check in usergroup settings under the global tab and make sure "Remove Status Update ability" is set to no.

    Do you use a download manager? If you do that will be why you don't get the full 15 downloads.

    I think you need (TB) Hide Content if you want the links to be unhidden when a member replies.

    If its only you having the problem its probably your browser. Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache or using a different browser?Navbar is probably in ipb_styles.css somewhere.

    If you make all themes except the one you want them to use hidden (or don't give their groups permission to use) it shouldn't show up.

    Make sure you selected "Replace the indicator icon" in the forum icons app settings.

    I think they want the member to be able to open and close their topics, just not after a mod has closed it.

    Check the permissions of the forumicons folder, it should be 777.
