I had the same problem , just disable IPS Spam Service.

And what plugin can cause this? I have a problem with error EX1052 , sometimes users get this error , and they need to refresh the page 4-5 times to work. How can I fix it?

I have no captcha , and no email confirmation , i've upgraded from 4.1.8 to 4.1.8.1 by rosicky and now it gives me that error any clue?

Go to System > Site Features > Applications , and press Install and then choose the .tar archive , and you're done. And then the Chatbox will appear at Community tab.
