    If you are looking for a shared hosting, doesn't exist the best, all of them have downtimes and shits. But if you really need a shared hosting, Hostinger, Hostgator, Interserver. That's what I tested and work well. But my suggestion is for VPS/Dedicated server. You have uptime and you can use your power much better than you can use on shared hosting.
