The two things are different. It's like comparing an apple to orange. Both serve very different purposes. If you have static site go with WordPress.

I'll be more comfortable using Samsung. Apple is just too expensive for me.

I think you mean Mac OSX. iOS is a mobile OS meant for iPhones and iPad. To answer your question I think for me, Windows at home (desktop) and Mac OSX on portable devices (laptops).
