    There's now a setting for that in each forum's edit dialog. From within your ACP, all you have to do is find the forum whose icon you wish to change, and click "Edit". An option labeled "Forum icon" is somewhere in the page that loads up next.

    You need to have at least 15 posts in order to be able to post in any of the request sections of the forum, including the resource requests one.

    IPS's official website has now been upgraded and is running 4.1. A beta is not at all far from being released at this point.

    Have you tried restarting your webserver and cleaning your board's cache through Support -> Something isn't working properly?

    It'll still be available for manual downloading, which means we sure will be able to get it.

    IPS will start rolling out beta versions of 4.1 within the next week or so. The final version is estimated to be available in the first week of October. By then, I guess we'll have a nulled copy of it in our hands. Stay tuned, on WebFlake! ^_^
