The page itself works, the styles and everything load properly, but I don't believe its properly hooked into the website. You would have to remove most of its dependencies on BlazingFast (or CloudFlare whatever the case may be), for it to work properly. I know for a fact BlazingFast using a callback to check the domain against their databases, so if you don't properly unhook it, it will not actually do the job its meant to do. I'm not entirely sure if you mean for the page to actually function as CloudFlare or BlazingFast's page does, or just be there in order to "scare off" potential DDoS'ers.
