    I prefer dark-medium themes. Bright themes just seem so bright on the eyes now a days.

    Either way, your modification DOES NOT work. If that file I attached has the tags that I did, wrong, that could be the problem, but if its ok, then your modification steps DO NO work. If u could double check my attached file to make sure I did the tags correctly, cause that might be were it is wrong. Thanks

    @Music Case I followed your instructions and was not that hard, but I am not sure if I did the... sidebar_two template file code (tags) correctly. I am attaching an RTF file with the code for u to verify if correct or incorrect. This website software is forbidding me from posting it with code. If u could verify that the code is correct, if not fix so that I can use please. Thank u for your time Sidebar_two_template.rtf

    I kept digging and was able to find the path location and file that changes the colors. Its located in the... uploads <-- FOLDER, look for a folder called... css_built_1 or css_built_2 It can also have another different number like 3 or 4 or 5. For me it was css_built_1. Look for a file called... login.css, it will have a bunch of numbers & letters before and after it. The code is also all in 1 line, so I ended up organizing mine so that its easy to read and edit. Hope this will help others who might want to modify the admin page colors.

    Hi WebFlake, I have been trying to change the background colors on the /admin <-- page, but have not found the location. I've searched in the Customization --> Themes section, threw all the .css files within and nothing so far. I did find this physical file at this path location... application/core/data/theme.xml and it did have a lot of css coding within it for the admin page, but after changing colors and uploading, the color changes did NOT change at all. If someone could tell me where and/or what file it is to make the changes, I would be grateful.
