WebFlake is one of the best calm community lol What made me love this forum is the Theme.

Software specialization: xenForo/MyBB Detail your Moderator experience: My past mod experience is not very little as I've modded in few different forums with different forum softwares like IPB, MyBB, xenForo. I know how to deal and take care of the users and keep the forum in a good standard position where everything is running fine and perfect! Other qualifications (such as programming languages, CMS, etc): I am still learning how to code and stuff but i am slowly getting there i know few like CMS/HTML. What can you bring to the team? If I joined the team, I think I would bring a lot of dedication. I am also free now a days between 8-10 hours max! Everyday so i can put my time and effort onto this forum and help out users. I can also maybe cover up other mods duties or something if that works out! I can be a loyal guy to the team if I'm treated with respect thats all it matters so i wouldn't care if i joined the team and somebody didn't like me all I'm here to do is try make this site a better place and help out other staff members while their busy doing something else. Why do you want to become a Junior Moderator? Being a Mod isn't all about having fun warning or banning users.. As you become a staff member you have a role here and you have to respect that role and maybe not abuse it which I'm very careful of. So me being a mod here i can cover up and do a lot of things like come here 8-10 hours a day, help out other users and just in General take care of the forums.

This is my point of view! Have a nice cool professional Theme/Skin, HQ Posts.. Show activeness, Post contest regularly. I have done those things before and my board was running very smooth and it was growing fast but remember now a days people don't want to join if your forum is all about gaming or webmasters they won't join because half of the internet forum users are already active on another board with same content as your forum has! So yeah now a days its pointless to create a Forum but its a good skill running your own forum and trying to build your own community! Believe it or not i gave up on forums my own ones many times but now i know that it takes time on everything
